Alvey's Chocolates was founded in 1980 by Shari & Cless Alvey. They specialize in making fresh, homemade chocolates of different kinds, such as milk chocolates, sugar free milk chocolate, sea salt caramel chocolates, double dipped mint, dark chocolates, white chocolates, English toffee, turtles, nuts & pretzels, sandwich mint wafers, and Mother's Day gifts. They also have gift packages from sizes of 5, 3, 2, 1, 1/2 1b and 4 oz.1 They have delivered chocolates to people in the western United States, such as Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California.2

History

As previously mentioned, Alvey's Chocolates was founded by Shari and Cless Alvey. They learned the trad of chocolate making from their grandmothers that was originally made for only family members and close friends, but was later incorporated into a business in 1980. In 2006, Janette and Brent Kelly bought Alvey's Chocolates and currently operate locations in Richmond and the Cache Valley Mall in Logan, Utah.2
