Peck Physical Therapy was opened on an unknown date, and was located on the East side of US Highway 91 at 425 S 200 W. In 2023, the business was moved to Hyde Pake, Utah.

Peck Physical Therapy has service for all who are looking to reduce or remove pain ranging from foot, ankle, knee, hip, back, wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck, and headaches using vibration therapy with their state of the art REZZIMAX Tuner machines that also helps with TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction), stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.

REZZIMAX Tuner

Peck Physical Therapy uses the REZZIMAX Tuner, created by Co-owner Sharik Peck to relieve headaches from his wife and Co-owner of Peck Physical Therapy, Cheryl Peck. Their first prototype was made in the later end of 2000's and given to a select few who were close to the Peck family. After the success of their prototype, they began to create a finer, much sleeker version that would be much more user friendly with a "Toggle between strong and gentle mode, Low batter level indicator, Upgraded, more durable charging port, improved engineering," pillows, bags, and more.
