RICO consists of over 100 members, coming from diverse cultural and musical backgrounds. Here in RICO, we welcome everyone to join us. There is no criteria to join our orchestra, so don't worry if you don't have any musical background! In RICO you'll get to exposed to music from all different genres.

In an orchestra, teamwork is no doubt an important skill everyone has to develop. A chain is as strong as its weakest link. In order to achieve greater heights, RICO ensures that no member is left behind, but instead everyone works together to reach our goals.

Above honing teamwork and leadership skills, RICO members are also given opportunities to develop their musical skills. Through solo performances and conducting opportunities, students get to further improve their musicality and grow as a musician. We believe that through these opportunities, RICO members would uncover their potential and make full use of their time in RI to hone these talents.
