Welcome to our transformative 3-month program designed specifically for teens and women seeking to conquer anxiety and boost their overall well-being. Led by the experienced and compassionate Jaclyn Shaw, LBA BCBA, our syllabus integrates the highly effective Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to empower participants with practical skills and insights for lasting change.
Powerful Strategies for Emotional Regulation & Wellness
Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, starting with understanding anxiety and its triggers, and gradually moving towards building confidence, improving communication, and developing healthy habits. Each week, through engaging activities and exercises, participants will learn to recognize and manage anxious thoughts and emotions, cultivate self-esteem, enhance social skills, and tackle challenges head-on.
Our program emphasizes a holistic approach to well-being, addressing not only mental but also physical health aspects. From stress management techniques to healthy habits for nutrition and exercise, participants will gain a comprehensive toolkit for navigating life's challenges with resilience and grace.
