Winter Season
December 1 thru January 10
Weekly training guidelines posted in team calendar.
Winter conditioning training will take place at Track Complex each day there is school from 3:00-4:30 PM and is student led.
Student led conditioning means that a coach designated upperclassmen will work with students to deliver a structured daily training program.

Track & Field is full of smart kids.
Team GPA Avg. is 3.12 with many athletes with AP courses and Dual Enrollment.
Every type of athlete can find their perfect area in this sport.

Everybody finds a home.
The full team has 3 distinct sub-teams that have aligned goals and workouts, which creates a strong bond amongst athletes.
Shortest practices times for any RHHS GHSA sport.
Typically 90-120 minute goal oriented practices.
All ability levels accommodated.
Athletes are paired up with other athletes of similar ability in 2 different tiers.
Free hot breakfast each week.
Served in room 702 after optional morning workout. Pancakes, Eggs, Bagels, Choco-Milk...
