Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and Minnesota is right at the center of it. This fast, non-contact game emphasizes speed, teamwork, and strategy while building confidence and leadership in student-athletes of all experience levels.

High school leagues are expanding nationwide, and right here in Minnesota the girls flag football movement is growing fast — with over 90 schools set to compete across the state in the spring season!
