Whether you’re a multi-sport athlete, brand new to football, or just curious about trying something different, Rogers Girls Flag Football is a place to learn, compete, and belong.
Students enrolled at Rogers High School or Middle School (8th grade)
No prior football experience required

Flag football is a non-contact sport focused on speed, skill, and teamwork. There is no tackling or blocking, making it a safe and exciting option for athletes of all experience levels.
Organized practices and games

This is a real high school program, built with intention and care.
Practices: Typically 1–2 times per week
Games: Weekly during the season (all games are on Sundays)
Designed to complement school and other activities
Full schedules will be shared before the season begins.

You don’t need much to get started:
Jerseys, belt & flags (provided by the program)
Athletic cleats (soccer/football), spikes must be plastic (NO metal)
A mouthguard (required). To be legal, mouthguards must not include any attachment(s) that do not serve a purpose and function in protecting the teeth or mouth. Athletes will not be allowed to participate until they have a legal mouthguard.
Headgear (required). Such as, Guardian Loop, Storelli ExoShield Head Gear
Comfortable athletic clothing (for practice)
Football gloves (recommended)
