The purpose of the Friends of the Reuben Hoar Library is to assist the library by providing equipment for the library, sponsoring educational programs such as the Summer and Winter Reading Programs, providing Museum Passes and the Museum Pass Reservation System for library patrons.
This is a wonderful time to celebrate the many ways our Friends group supports the Reuben Hoar Library and helps make our community stronger.
To show our appreciation, we’re holding a special drawing on Friday, October 25.
All current and new members will be automatically entered to win a Reuben Hoar Library tote bag filled with books and other fun prizes!
Current members: You’re already entered—no action needed!
New members: Join before October 25 to be included in the drawing.

Here are three articles about this from the AP, NPR, and Federal News Network.
Everyone can take action to stop the targeted attacks on libraries. Below are some resources to help you to make your voice heard.
