Mr. Raunak Gupta has more than a decade of experience in Career Development Coaching and Startup Mentoring through his education, research, and professional endeavours. He has completed his doctoral research in entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, focusing on how institutions and universities can build ecosystems that effectively prepare youth for entrepreneurial challenges.

He holds expertise in helping individuals identify their true potential, guiding them in their career journeys, and supporting young startups in building systems and processes for effective team management. He has published several Teaching Cases, Research Papers, Book Chapters, Articles, and Book Reviews in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Quality Management. His writings on "Living a Quality Life" have been featured in the prestigious magazine of the American Society of Quality, "Quality Progress". He has also served as a reviewer for various reputed international journals & conferences.

He is the recipient of the Best Faculty Award and Best Research Paper Award in 2016 and 2018, respectively, by Quantum University, Roorkee. His doctoral research was also awarded as the second best during the Doctoral Colloquium on Management and Development 2024 at the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
