Definitions

The Publisher : the natural or legal person who publishes the Application and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data (the data controller).

The Application : all the applications, pages and online services offered by the Publisher.

The User : any person who uses the Application and the services.

Data controller

The controller of personal data is the Publisher of the Application. For any question regarding this policy or your data, you may contact the Publisher.

Data collected

In connection with the use of the Application, the Publisher may collect: connection data (IP addresses, event logs), technical data relating to the device, as well as the data that the User provides voluntarily.

Legal bases for processing

Processing is based, as the case may be, on the User's consent, on the performance of the contract (provision of the service), or on the Publisher's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Application.

Retention period

Account and data deletion

The User may request the deletion of their account and data at any time, by simple request to the Publisher or via the account settings. In the event of prolonged inactivity, the data may be deleted after prior notice.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the User has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data. These rights may be exercised by contacting the Publisher. Where processing is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.

Security

The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risks. In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to the rights and freedoms of the User, the Publisher undertakes to inform the persons concerned and the supervisory authority under the conditions provided for by the GDPR.

Limitation of liability

The commitments relating to notification in the event of a breach shall not be construed as an acknowledgment of fault or liability as to the occurrence of the incident.

Changes to the privacy policy

The Publisher may modify this policy. In the event of a substantial change, the User will be informed, and the level of protection will not be substantially reduced without prior notice and, where required by law, their consent.
