Empathy. Compassion. Community. Education.
My methodology when it comes to dog training is using positive reinforcement alongside LIMA (Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive) method; it is science and evidence based. I rely on adding something (a reward) when your dog does something good/wanted, we ignore bad behaviors and substitute them with preferred behavior. Training should be fun for both you and your dog.
I often say that Practice, Consistency, and Patience will be your best friends when training.
Learn how to build your bond with your dog, clear communication, fear free ways of getting your dog to listen to you.
Let me teach you how to train your dog!
Group dog training is very helpful to build and reinforce commands, help dogs grow confidence around others, and learn how to be around other dogs without expectations of meeting them etc. Think about it as school for dogs: see other dogs, learn new commands and manners.

Sometimes, starting in a group class setting is not beneficial for some dogs. Some dogs need less distractions around to start learning. Some dogs need more 1 on 1 time, and that's okay. Private dog training benefits individuals who need more one on one teaching.
