   - Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods accepted include cash or electronic transfer (E.g BACS, Paypal ect.).

   - For larger projects or ongoing services, payment schedules may be established with mutually agreed-upon terms.

**3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:**

   - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services.

   - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as outlined in the service agreement.

**4. Liability for Damages:**

   - RF Property Services will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property, site, or equipment during the provision of services.

   - However, the client acknowledges that RF Property Services is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or negligence on the part of the client or third parties.

**5. Client Responsibilities:**

   - Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property and any necessary utilities required for the completion of services.

   - Clients must disclose any hazards, underground utilities, or other relevant information that may impact the provision of services.

**6. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee:**

   - RF Property Services stands behind the quality of our workmanship and services provided.

   - In the event that a client is dissatisfied with the services rendered, RF Property Services will work to address and remedy any concerns in a timely manner.

**7. Confidentiality:**

   - RF Property Services respects the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information shared during the course of providing services.
