2. Duration of Contract:
- The contract duration shall be specified in the contract agreement, including the start date and end date of services. Renewal options may be available upon mutual agreement between both parties.
3. Payment Terms:
- Payment for services rendered shall be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to penalties or interest charges as specified in the contract.
4. Termination of Contract:
- Either party may terminate the contract with written notice, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract agreement.
- Termination fees or penalties may apply if the contract is terminated before the agreed-upon end date.
5. Scope Changes:
- Any changes to the scope of services outlined in the contract agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Additional services requested by the client may result in additional fees or adjustments to the contract terms.
6. Liability and Client Responsibilities:
Liability:
- RF Property Services will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property, site, or equipment during the provision of services. However, the client acknowledges that RF Property Services is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or negligence on the part of the client or third parties.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property and any necessary utilities required for the completion of services.
- Clients must disclose any hazards, underground utilities, or other relevant information that may impact the provision of services.
7. Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the contract.
8. Entire Agreement:
- This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
