Reunite (published by Sunday Labs Ltd, company number 17555468, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) stores your data on your own device. You can delete it yourself at any time, or ask us to help.
How to delete your data in the app
Step 1: Open the Reunite app.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Tap "Delete my data" and confirm.
This permanently erases everything the app stores on your device: your nickname and the nickname of the person you are reunited with, relationship details, no-contact streak, journal entries, mood logs, and checklist progress. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.
Data stored outside your device
Reunite has no account system and no server that stores your personal content. The only data sent off-device is anonymous usage analytics and crash reports processed by Google Firebase, which are not linked to your name or email. You can opt out of diagnostics sharing in your Android system settings.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
