1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Reunexa application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. About Reunexa
Reunexa is a platform designed to help locate missing persons worldwide. The app allows users to create profiles, report missing individuals, and receive location-based notifications when a missing person is reported in their area (city or state).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reunexa. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should use the app only with parental guidance.
4. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account with others
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Reunexa to:
• Submit false or misleading missing person reports
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission
6. Missing Person Reports
Users who submit missing person reports are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate. Submitting false reports may result in account suspension and may be subject to legal consequences under applicable law.
7. Notifications & Location
By enabling alerts, you consent to receiving push notifications about missing persons reported in your area. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software associated with Reunexa are the property of We Love Solution. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Reunexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any missing person information posted on the platform. We are a tool to assist communities — we are not a law enforcement agency.
10. Limitation of Liability
We Love Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reunexa. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the app.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to the developer's registered location.
