Reunexa | Community Safety Policy

Reunexa is a community-driven platform dedicated to helping locate missing persons and reuniting them with their families. The safety and wellbeing of every individual on our platform — especially children — is fundamental to our mission.
Reunexa maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any content, communication, or behavior on our platform that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits minors.
This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions across the Reunexa mobile application and any associated services.
This policy covers all forms of user-generated content on Reunexa, including but not limited to:
Missing person case reports and details
Sighting submissions
Comments and community discussions
User profiles and uploaded media
In-app messaging and communications
Reunexa takes a proactive approach to child safety through the following measures:
Content Review — All user-submitted reports, sightings, comments, and media are subject to review processes designed to identify and remove content that violates this policy.
Reporting Infrastructure — Every post, comment, and user profile on Reunexa includes a built-in reporting mechanism, allowing any user to flag content or behavior of concern directly within the app.
No Tolerance for Exploitation — Reunexa does not knowingly permit its platform, features, or communication tools to be used to facilitate contact with, exploitation of, or harm to minors under any circumstances.
Ongoing Monitoring — We continuously monitor and improve our safety practices as our platform and user base grow.
If you encounter content or behavior on Reunexa that raises child safety concerns, you can report it in two ways:
In-App Reporting — Use the "Report" feature available on any post, comment, or user profile within the Reunexa app.
Direct Contact — Email our safety team directly at articlex4@gmail.com with details of your concern.
All reports are treated with urgency and reviewed by our team promptly.
Reunexa complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where legally required or where credible evidence of CSAE is identified, we report such material or activity to:
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Relevant regional and national law enforcement authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety on our platform.
