Mad Dog Lacrosse provides a world-class, hand-picked, staff to create the perfect experience for players of any age and skill level. Founded on the fundamentals, the Mad Dog experience embraces a positive, high-energy approach to the game, and aims to share the same passion that we have for lacrosse with others. Players of all ages and skill levels will receive instruction from coaches that possess the knowledge and tools from the highest levels of lacrosse. We offer year round instruction open to the public with special access for our travel team players. All Mad Dog travel players will have special access to their own training facility with high level team and position specific training throughout the fall and winter. We're excited to take our teams and our program to the next level by utilizing the newly renovated space.

The meals from Neff’s Nutrition are set up in a way that you can get as many or as little as you would like to match your needs. It is affordable and efficient in that, 14 meals is $112 that covers lunch and dinner every day for a week. There is no food shopping, no remembering what you need to get, no prepping, cutting, and cooking yourself. Just place your order by Saturday and pick up Monday between 4-6pm. You are eating “clean” and don’t have much room to fail on your meal plan for weight loss or maintenance if that’s what you’re looking for. Home cooked meals will almost always be more nutrient rich than ordering or eating out. As a fitness competitor, there is nothing in the meals that do not add value. These meals are also perfect if you have children that need to eat before a game or practice. The meal after is just as important a meal before.
