With an increase of technology tools for education and the demands of meeting the needs of 21st century learners, the role of educators has dramatically changed over the years. Teachers are now considered facilitators who lead student-centered classrooms. Although, characterizing what skills the role of an ideal facilitator is comprised of presents us with emerging and evolving challenges.
