UAE residents paid school fees for 52 children

Schools in the UAE are expensive and the few charitable schools have long waiting lists.  When we first started, our goal was to place 85 children in formal school. Over the past two years, UAE residents have paid school fees for 52 children. There are still students in our programme ready to go to formal school.  Come to one of our open houses or contact us if you are willing to help .

Seventy five mothers enrolled in our early childhood teachers assistant training programme

Seven mothers enrolled in a certificate program with Excel Education to certify as early childhood educators for kindergarten level.   

Skills3 partners with Basmat Amal to provide training and income generating opportunities for 8 mothers

Eight mothers have made masks, bags and other handmade crafts available for sale.  Zayed Academy mothers committee donated 10 sewing machines for the mothers to use

The COVID-19 pandemic has meant many low income families in the UAE are suffering.  Families want to send their children to school but cannot afford to.  They do not want their childrent to fall behind

18 tablets have made available for our beneficiaries to use.

The American Community School and Red Crescent have all donated computers which our beneficiaries use.  We still need support to ensure that all children have reliable technology and software and WiFi connections so that we can expand online learning programmes to all the children who are eligible.   

Khalifa University made an open house day for us and a day of activities for our beneficiaries.  THey also helped us to train our teachers in Zoom.  Donated one tablet returned, reassigned twice.  Emirates Technology read to the students, Zayed Academy the students all summers read to student, set up activities and did an open house before corona and collected gifts for the students.  Al Maharat school, arabic government curriculum book donation and came to the center for open house.  Youth for the Gym instructor--vocational training.   centre--found sponsor
