Question: What inspired you to enter into Mall Administration?
Answer: to meet various types of people under one roof, In different perspectives, like tenants, customers, service providers. To make a difference in people lives who along with their family are directly or indirectly depending on retail industry
Question: Since how long, you have been into retail stores & Management and in which cities you have been associated for administration, entrepreneurship, Management, research, commercial and training programs?
Answer: I have been in mall industry for 11 years and in retail for 3 years. Chennai and Coimbatore.
Question: What are your future plans for administration, entrepreneurship, Management, research and training programs in Operation Management?
Answer: Practical training leveraging technology like artificial intelligence, data science and machine learning. administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization as possible to maximize the profit of an organization. Explore and train the employees into core areas such as capacity planning, facilities, scheduling, managing inventories assuring quality, motivating and training employees, locating facilities, purchasing, distribution, and maintenance.
Question: Please introduce yourself and How do you want to be remembered / known in world?
Answer: Best humanitarian I want to remember as a guide and friend who changed peoples lives in positive way. We come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly
Question: What kind of businesses can be started in Mall & Retail Stores regarding recreational activities and entrepreneurship? What minimum infrastructure would it need?
Answer: Mall provides a platform for all activities which make an impact in people's lives. We support all budding entrepreneurs by mentoring them. Minimum 2 lacs investment is required. kiosk is a good opportunity. Express Hair Salon, tattoo studio, organic store, vintage clothing and accessories. Minimum of 6*6 sq.ft space, basic electricity for lights, laptops, etc.. and maximum we can go up to lakhs sq.ft based on our business.
Question: What are your recommendations to improve the standards of Retail Stores & Mall?
Answer: promotional activities, advertising, press release to the media, community events, hosting classes, celebrity visit Observe customers behaviours and change your operations accordingly. Use technology but personal involvement is mandatory.
Question: What is Retail Store Management? What are the major issues which businessman needs to analyse before launching Mega Retail Stores & Mall in several cities?
Answer: Understand the market, do research in of your catchment and create demand for your product and services.. Its simple economics of demand and supply. Adopt Blue ocean strategy Retail Management is the process which helps the customers to procure the desired merchandise form the retail stores for their personal use. It includes all the steps required to bring the customers into the store and fulfill their buying needs.
Have to analyse Customer on your target market. Good business name relatively short and easy to say. Find correct location and retail space. Available marketing opportunities. Types of goods to sell. Population and potential customer for the business. Visibility, accessibility and parking
Question: What are your recommendations to frame guidelines on employee loyalties & Human Resource Management?
Answer: Be sensitive to people's needs especially after pandemics. Keep employees' growth plan in place. Train them to achieve excellence and coach them for innovation retaining and nurturing a loyal workforce, understanding and measuring employee loyalty, measure the affective, cognitive and behavioural aspects. Continuous training, Clear and frequent communication
Question: How should entrepreneurs raise money to launch new retail store and Malls?
Answer: 1) Through friend and family 2) better debt management and 2) through investors Presell your products before you launch your business, online lending service and bank loans
Question: What are your views on online shopping’s effect on physical retail store and Malls? In such scenario, what is future prospect of physical retail store and Malls? Are they risky business idea in terms of cost, sales, profit, consumer visits?
Answer: Both have enough potential. Market is still not matured for both. They complement each other. Consumers are always looking for the best deal; there are many advantages and disadvantages to opening online stores, for customers-end users also. Retails stores will always have more advantage than online stores, based on products, warranty, return policy etc.. there are tricky things in both online and direct outlets but when it comes to end users, cost, sales, revenue will be ok. Consumer visit should happen.
Question: What is future of small financial banks in India? Will they survive, grow or burst?
Answer: Small Finance Banks have good growth potential and definitely they will survive in India

Answer: General manager, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager CRM, DM, HR, SM, ADMIN, TECHNICAL MANAGER, HKM.. etc..

Answer: Invest in understanding people and your product/services. Retail is a business where focus is on customer delight. Having a clear job profile is important ample growth and development opportunities in the retail sector. Should focus on analytical skills, creativity, and decisiveness and risk tolerance
Question: What are your recommendations to improve employment and scope in Retail Stores, Fun City and Mall?
Answer: Create value in your work place through different initiative and it will create employment and help economy of organization to improve employment, we have to bring new business and retails stores should focus on marketing and customers touch points and requirements.
Question: Would you start a campaign to request government to offer free of cost internet to all people of your country as fundamental right, because it plays a significant role in education, awareness, implementation of government policies and economic development of country
Answer: Yes, ensuring polices should cover all security measures. I prefer social security in terms of health and education should be included first as our fundamental right.
Question: What are your recommendations to authors, who are writing Books on Retail Stores Management, Fun City Management and Mall Management for more creativity and understanding of the subject?
Answer: Come spend some time in mall and interact with Customers, mall staff and retail employeesview, analyse, scrutinize and delvier
Question: What according to you are the Top 5 major challenges (research problems) which need to be resolved urgently by world’s scientists in the area of Retail Stores Management, Fun City Management and Mall Management?
Answer: awareness, product study, retaining customers, choosing the right product and technology. there is no full time course available for retail management

Answer: Better quality of products/services and use of right technology

Answer: all should understand that we have to save tress; technology should be used for only gaining knowledge. Save nature, endurance and tolerance between people should improve.
