The Resurrecting Hope Blog offers biblical encouragement, spiritual insight, and hope rooted in God’s Word. While it is not a substitute for professional mental health care, it is a space for reflection, faith-centered growth, and spiritual grounding.
You are invited to move through this space at your own pace. Pause when you need to. Allow God’s truth to steady your heart and remind you that healing often unfolds one step at a time.
If you feel led to explore biblical counseling services or desire additional support, you are welcome to reach out or schedule a consultation through Resurrecting Hope Biblical Counseling.
You are not alone, and there is hope ahead.
This is a place to pause, breathe, and find reassurance that hope and healing are still possible, even in difficult seasons.
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28 (ESV)
Take a deep breath, explore, and allow His peace to steady your heart.
“Finding Hope and Healing.”
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or quietly stuck, you’re not alone. Many women carry a heavy, unspoken weight, the kind you feel the moment you wake up, already tired before the day begins. I know that feeling well. I carried it for years, striving to stay strong, faithful, and productive while lacking true peace within.
This ministry was not born from having all the answers. It was born from a season of searching, trying to find what my purpose in life was. Out of that place, God began a deeper work, one rooted not in striving but in restoration.

“Relief or Redemption”
As we move closer to Easter and Holy Week, I have been reflecting on the difference between relief and redemption, not just for those I counsel, but in my own heart.
Through the example of Christ in Gethsemane and the reflection on Dayenu, “It would have been enough,” I am reminded that Jesus is enough, even if the suffering does not immediately disappear. The question I continue to wrestle with, and gently invite others to consider, is: Am I seeking comfort at any cost, or trusting God’s redemptive work in the middle of my pain?
