These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ResumeFlow mobile app ("ResumeFlow", "the app", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ResumeFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. About ResumeFlow

ResumeFlow is a local-first, offline resume builder for mobile devices. The app allows you to create resumes using your own information, customize resume templates, and export resumes as PDF files.

ResumeFlow is designed so that your resume content is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that stores your resumes or resume documents.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ResumeFlow on devices that you own or control.

You may use ResumeFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, as well as the terms of the app store from which you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

• Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the app or its templates, except for creating and using your own resumes.

• Use the app to create unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employment history, education, skills, or other professional information.

• Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any in-app purchase, subscription, licensing, or security feature.

• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or related services.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you include in your resumes.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, enter, edit, save, export, or share using ResumeFlow, including your resume text, profile information, work history, education, skills, projects, photos, and other resume-related content ("Your Content").

We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

Because Your Content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us, we cannot access, review, recover, restore, or back up Your Content for you.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure.

• Backing up exported resume files.

• Reviewing your resume before sharing it.

• Any content you choose to export, send, upload, or share with third parties.

5. Free Tier and ResumeFlow Pro

ResumeFlow may offer a free tier and an optional paid subscription or purchase plan called ResumeFlow Pro.

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier may include access to core resume-building features with certain limits. These limits may include, for example, a limited number of resumes, limited templates, restricted customization options, or limited PDF exports.

The exact features and limits of the free tier are shown inside the app and may change from time to time.

5.2 ResumeFlow Pro

ResumeFlow Pro unlocks additional features, which may include unlimited resumes, premium templates, full customization options, unlimited PDF exports, or other premium features shown on the in-app paywall.

The features included with ResumeFlow Pro are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions and purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported app store provider.

By purchasing ResumeFlow Pro, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID, Google account, or applicable app store account at confirmation of purchase.

• If the plan is an auto-renewing subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials, introductory offers, and available plans may vary by country or region.

• Any applicable price, billing period, and trial details will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your Apple ID account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or the app store account used to make the purchase.

5.4 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices using the same app store account, you may use the Restore Purchases option in the app to restore an active subscription or eligible purchase.

Purchase restoration depends on the app store account used for the original purchase.

5.5 Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable app store provider.

We do not directly process payments and generally cannot issue refunds ourselves. For refund requests, please contact the app store provider through which you made the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

ResumeFlow, including its design, templates, layout, branding, logos, features, software, code, and other app materials, is owned by Tawhid Joarder or licensed to us.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms, no rights, title, or interest in ResumeFlow or its intellectual property are transferred to you.

You may use exported resumes created with the app for your own personal or professional purposes.

7. Disclaimers

ResumeFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• The app will be compatible with every device, operating system version, or platform.

• Any resume created with the app will pass a specific applicant tracking system, recruitment system, or employer review process.

• Use of the app will result in interviews, job offers, employment, career advancement, or any particular outcome.

Any ATS checks, resume suggestions, formatting guidance, or writing tips provided in the app are for general guidance only and do not guarantee any result.

You use the app and rely on any resume or exported document at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tawhid Joarder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, ResumeFlow.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data.

• Loss of profits.

• Loss of business opportunities.

• Loss of employment opportunities.

• Device issues.

• Resume errors.

• Failed exports.

• Subscription or purchase issues handled by an app store provider.

Because your resume data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, app removal, operating system issues, or failure to back up exported files.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to the greater of:

• The amount you paid for ResumeFlow in the 12 months before the claim; or

• The minimum amount required by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

ResumeFlow may rely on third-party services for purchases, subscriptions, payment validation, and related functionality.

These services may include:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play

• RevenueCat

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the actions, content, policies, or services of third parties.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

You may stop using ResumeFlow at any time by deleting the app from your device.

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that may cause harm, legal risk, or misuse.

After termination, your right to use the app will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be reflected in an app update or on the published Terms page.

Your continued use of ResumeFlow after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country or region of residence.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded ResumeFlow from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and Tawhid Joarder, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for ResumeFlow or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
