This privacy policy applies to the AI Note Taker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Funloft (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Used to access and read files stored on your device on Android 12 and below. This allows the Application to import saved notes or audio files selected by the user.
READ_MEDIA_AUDIO
Used to read audio files on devices running Android 13 and above. This helps the Application access audio recordings chosen by the user.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
Used to read image files on Android 13 and above. This allows users to attach images to notes or related content.
RECORD_AUDIO
Used to record voice notes and audio input within the Application. Audio is recorded only when the user initiates a recording action.
INTERNET
Used to connect to online services and enable app functionality. This includes cloud features, analytics, and ad services.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to check the device’s network connection status. This helps the Application adjust features based on connectivity.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Used to display notifications related to recordings, reminders, or updates. Notifications are shown only to improve user awareness and app experience.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or app marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. If you would like your data deleted, please contact the Service Provider at imran5git@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If a child under 13 is found to have provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately.
