Presentation

                     The work begins by presenting the real and main causes of global warming, pointing to the solution. Each of these main causes has been overlooked or has not been perceived by contemporary man.

                         Since each real cause of global warming is not understood, consequently nothing is done to combat or eliminate that cause, and the problem continues to get worse every day, every year.

                         In other words, each main cause has not been combated precisely because it has not been perceived, has not been recognized. Thus, man has done nothing to combat the main causes of global warming and the resulting water crisis, using great effort to combat only secondary causes.

                         The scientific community across the planet has understood that the global warming, with its pernicious climate changes, has been caused mainly by the excess emission of CO₂ [Carbon Dioxide] from vehicle exhausts and industrial chimneys, causing the greenhouse effect.

                         But they are wrong! The excess emission of CO₂ from vehicles and industries is indeed part of the problem, it is part of the cause of global warming, but it is not its main cause.

                         The main cause, which has been overlooked by the scientific community, is demonstrated only in the present work, which also indicates the solution to eliminate that true and unknown cause.

                         Although I registered the ISBN of this book in 2021, only in the present year of 2024, I found material that proves that the main teaching contained in this book is true, it is absolute.

                         So, nowadays this literary work contains the chapter entitled “New facts prove that the main teaching contained in this work is correct, with absolute precision”.

                         Returning to the root cause of global warming and consequent climate change, the book makes it very clear what the reasons are, the real causes, of the lack of water in rivers and streams, in lagoons and lakes, which represents exactly the same reason that has led to excess water being taken to the oceans, causing them to invade the coastal region.

                           These reasons are precisely the reason for climate change, which includes global warming, the dehydration of the planet and other factors.

                         In conclusion, by identifying the real causes of climate change ─ as has only been done in this work ─, it becomes much easier to find the solution to the problem, that is, the work then definitively teaches how to reverse all that, restoring the old climate normality.

                         I clearly demonstrate that global warming and the current water crisis, or dehydration of the planet, are part of what I call the process of desertification of planet Earth, which is already at an advanced stage.

                         When talking about environmental issues, the vast majority only look at the greater Amazon, but forget to do their part, forget to start by looking at what can be done in their own backyard, on their street, in their own neighborhood and municipality.

                         In the second title I go into more depth development in matters related to asphalt and concrete paving.

                         Next, I present a very special International Reforestation Program.

                         Concluding the work, I present excellent examples to be observed in a complementary way.

                         Thus, the reestablishment of climate normality is possible and can only be achieved if all the teachings I present below are recognized and put into practice.

                         Going into more detail, with all the content of this book being put into practice, at least in the vast majority of municipalities (urban and rural areas) across the planet, this will definitely represent the long-awaited restoration of climate normality in the short to medium term.

                         This restoration of climate normality includes the return of normal temperatures in the four seasons [fall, winter, spring and summer], includes the oceans lowering their level to its former regularity and, in return, the rise in the level of water in rivers, streams, waterfalls, lakes and lagoons, the rise in the level [of water] in underground water reservoirs in all the subsoils of our planet and the return to normality of the “rainy season”, in relation to its normal period and volume in all regions of the earth.

                         At this point, I want to present small highlights related to news reports that deal with the exceptional, extreme heat wave that has been occurring in the summer in the northern hemisphere — highlighting that the problem has reached both hemispheres —, highlighting the following links:

                         Thus, either a literary agency, publishers, readers, each human being and especially governments will each do their part to ensure that all the content of this work is put into practice urgently, or we will have to recognize that the planet is already entering irreversible conditions of warming, desertification, death and unbearable life.

                         In conclusion, there is no other way to promote the restoration of climate normality on planet Earth, unless putting into practice all the content of this work. In fact, these are teachings that will not be found anywhere else, except exclusively in this work!

                         In due course, I'd like to say that it's not very important to me that this book be recognized as scientific...

                   However, it will be of great value to recognize that the entire content of this work, if put into practice, will solve the current climate problems of our Planet Earth, much more than could be achieved by using all the other scientific-environmental books of our time combined, not wanting to lack with the modesty!  

                          An immeasurable, traditional and millennial human error is to refuse the real solution, just because that solution originates from a simple source, and does not originate from a great university or a famous PhD...

                            Let's not repeat this mistake at this crucial moment! 

                     Concluding this Presentation, I would like to clarify in advance that one or some topics of this work may seem repetitive. However, I would like to ask the reader to observe this situation in another way...

                     They exist themes that are shown several times, however, from different angles, as a way of definitively shedding light on points that were previously obscure to the conventional scientific view, regarding the main causes of global warming, not recognized until the moment before reading this book in its entirety.

                     So, instead of talking about repetitiveness, let's recognize the same situation shown under different prisms, also as a way of paying attention to every detail, that — if properly corrected and put into practice — will be making the most important contributions to returning the long-awaited climate normality to planet Earth.

Nomenclature - Desertification

                     With global warming, the planet receives the tendency to stay colder in winter and warmer during summer.

I

                     The so-called global warming has caused the effect of desertification on planet earth. In other words, that warming is gradually bringing to the planet the verified effects in a desert.

                     As everyone knows, in the desert the night brings very low temperatures and the day receives extraordinary heat.

                     In desert regions, the temperature can vary from about 50 degrees positive during the day to negative temperature during the following night.

                     What is happening with the planet earth is the same phenomenon. Thus, the hemispheric winter becomes comparable to the night in a desert, and the summer is similar to the day in the same desert.

                     That is why during the winter in the northern hemisphere the temperature is extraordinarily low. At the same time, in the summer of the southern hemisphere, it has been making excessive heat.

                     As a negative consequence of global warming, we highlight the dehydration of the planet, also known as a water crisis or even reduction in the availability of freshwater.

                     Another of the many negative consequences of global warming has been the melting of polar glaciers, which increase the water level in the oceans, leading the sea to invade the coastal region.

                     However, the main cause of the rise in the water level in the oceans, leading the sea to invade the coastal region, is not the melting of polar glaciers, but the main cause is the same, main and unknown cause of global warming itself, which we will present to the public very soon.

                     The melting of the polar glaciers is a consequence of global warming which, in turn, is a consequence of the aforementioned and still unknown real cause of the same warming.

                     For the same reasons, the melting of the polar surface, previously frozen, also occurs, hindering the survival of the polar bear, among other species.

                     Another negative consequence is the gradual increase in the number and area of deserts on the planet, in consequence of the main cause to be revealed below.

                     The dark sand storm that occurred in the Franca and Ribeirão Preto/SP region around September 26, 2021 was also a sample of the desertification process of the planet, considering that sand storms are common phenomena in deserts. It should be noted that these atypical sandstorms have occurred in many other regions of the planet...

                     A few years ago, during a harsh winter in the northern hemisphere, when a country was covered in snow, an important English-speaking President of the Republic used that situation to try to prove that global warming was not a reality.

                     Now, this text can make it clear to that President and to millions of people that the harshest, coldest winter is precisely a feature of what they call global warming, through the parallel between what happens during the day and the next night in a desert.

                     In the current year 2021, with a highlight for the month of July, we had an extremely hot summer, with excessive volume of rains and destructive floods in the northern hemisphere.

                     At the same time, here in the southern hemisphere, we had an extraordinarily cold winter. In the city where we live, the minimum temperature that was normally around 6 degrees positive, in July 2021 reached 1 degree negative.

                     The present work comes to reveal to the public the real, main and unknown cause of the so-called "global warming", and much more.

                     We want to stress that the burning of fossil fuels, contrary to what is recognized, is not the main cause of so-called global warming. We will then reveal the real and main cause, which can be phased out gradually, thus restoring climate normalcy.

                     In fact, the expression "Global Warming" used by the scientific universe can be maintained and is appropriate to portray only one of the effects of what in this work we call "Desertification Process of Planet Earth"because not only global warming has occurred during the summer, but also "global cooling" during the winter, just as it happens between day and night in a desert.

                     Thus, the effects of the Desertification Process of Planet Earth are basically:

3. Dehydration of planet earth

4. Other

                     Between "global warming" and "global cooling", global warming prevails, because between one and the other, stands out warming, which is proven by the melting and reduction of polar glaciers and by other phenomena.

                     If the true and principal reason for the process of desertification of the planet becomes known, it will be much easier to eliminate the same cause for the beginning of the restoration of the climatic normalcy. All this is only possible through this book, putting into practice all the teaching contained therein.

                     As an anticipation, we want to emphasize that, in order to restore climate normality, we will not have to block the sun, or anything like that, as there are already erroneous projects in this regard, no!

                     The elimination of the main cause of global warming must take place right here on planet earth.

                     Those who have really caused the process of desertification of the planet are the best mayors, excellent governors, excellent presidents and the best prime ministers.

                     It happens that over the last few years (since about the 1980s) they have been committing and gradually aggravating a common mistake, with the best of intentions, without knowing the evil they are causing.

                     Many citizens around the world have also made similar and negative contributions to the process of desertification of the planet, for their actions within their private property.

                     The fountains, streams, rivers, lagoons and lakes - like the Lake of Furnas and the Paraná River - are asking for help, they are thirsty for water!

                     Fauna and flora cry out for more water! Life cries out for life, for much more water!  Man is gradually destroying the planet, especially in terms of actions that have dehydrated planet earth!  The aforementioned human actions have as a direct consequence the dehydration of the planet, which is followed by the negative climatic changes related to extreme heat during the summer and radical cold in winter!

                     The solution lies in reversing those wrong actions. The solution should be fully demonstrated by the end of this work.

With the continuation of human errors, and with the consequent continuation of global warming, Planet Earth is on the way to having its four seasons reduced to just two: LONG SUMMER AND A HARD WINTER.

                     Without all the teachings brought by this work being put into practice, Planet Earth is heading towards the extinction of SPRING and AUTUMN, with regard to their characteristic temperatures.

                     We are, therefore, on the path where its destination will lead to the SPRING temperature being equivalent to the SUMMER temperature, and, likewise, the AUTUMN temperature approaching the temperature that would be normal only in SUMMER.

                     In other words, during SPRING and during FALL, temperatures are increasingly approaching the type of temperature that would be appropriate only for SUMMER.

                     Either we will put into practice all the teachings contained in this work, or on a given occasion we will find SPRING and AUTUMN with temperatures similar or equal to SUMMER temperatures, in which case SPRING and AUTUMN will become extinct, with regard to their normal and characteristic temperatures.

         Thus, we will only have SUMMER, with many extreme heat waves — during the period we currently know as SPRING, SUMMER and AUTUMN —, and RIGOROUS WINTER, a fact that brings us once again to the parallel of Planet Earth being compared to a DESERT, where extremely hot days and extremely cold nights are common.

The billions of dollars that are invested in research and space travel should be invested in caring for our Planet Earth; they should be invested in putting into practice all the teachings contained in this work.

Outer space and distant celestial bodies do not need investment or human care, but the Earth — the natural habitat of human beings — is what needs investment to correct the mistakes that humanity has committed against its own planet, against its own nature.

Conversion of investments in research and travel through outer space into investments to put into practice all the content of this work

                     The investment of billions in space research and travel can be compared to the man who has a house and a yard, stops taking care of his own house and yard, and starts to explore large farms that do not belong to him.

                     That “house and yard” are a parallel of our Planet Earth and the “big farms” are here compared to outer space and to the distant celestial bodies.

                     Once humans in general, the scientific community and governments have managed to restore Planet Earth to its former good climate conditions, it would be normal for investment in space research to return. However, given the current situation on Planet Earth, all investment in space research should be suspended and applied to putting into practice all the teachings contained in this work.

                     Analyzing the billions or trillions of dollars invested in space research and travel since the 1960s, 20th century, about 60 years ago, we therefore want to record two questions:

                     — What benefits did those million-dollar investments bring to Planet Earth, to human beings, or to life on Earth?

                     — What benefits have outer space and distant celestial bodies received due to all the investment made through the aforementioned space travel?

                     Without responding to for the questions, we would like to state as an exception that scientific investments within and close to Earth's orbit must be maintained, such as investments in satellites, which are very useful as a means of communication and for other important purposes.

                     What should be stopped, therefore, are investments related to research and travel to distant outer space and to equally distant celestial bodies; therefore, investments in matters related to planets that do not require any investment, that do not require any concentration of scientific work, that do not require any human action should be interrupted.

                     The same investments should be converted in favor of Planet Earth, which needs them, which needs wisdom, which needs a lot of work aimed particularly at restoring the Earth's climate normality, where our is located habitat natural, everything as taught especially in this book.

There are some videos circulating on the internet trying to convince people that there is currently no global warming, with dangerous climate changes; saying with the same mistake that what is happening is just a historical repetition that has always occurred in nature, as if there were nothing to be corrected...

Some of these videos are intended to combat one or another malicious press that may be presenting a very serious problem to the public, as if it were even worse. Any journalistic attitude that, in fact, only shows the negative side, and omits the positive points, with alarmist intentions, is really an extreme that is of no interest to anyone.

However, another even more serious extreme is to deny the existence of global warming, with its pernicious climate changes, as if everything were a normal historical climate repetition, as if no correction had to be made...

Oceans invading the coastal region

                     Just as an example, I did research on the oceans invading the coastal region in the past, and I could find nothing, a fact that disarms the extreme that denies the current existence of global warming, with consequent climate changes, as if all this were just a historical repetition that has always occurred in nature.

                     I did some research on the internet using phrases like “ancient story about the oceans invading the coastal region”, but I couldn’t find anything.

                     In fact, I did find some kind of article narrating the rise in ocean levels between 25 and 16 million years ago, that is, nothing more than mere historical science fiction, without any means of proof; article that only deceives those who have some kind of deficiency in their capacity for understanding.

                     However, if we research about the sea invading the coast [currently] we will find a large amount of information, such as Brazil swallowed by the sea; 15% of the beaches have disappeared, and much more than that.

                     It should be noted that — currently — the rise in ocean levels, with the consequent invasion of seawater over the coastlines, has the same cause that is linked to the main cause of the current reiterated global warming, as demonstrated only in this work.

Planting rice on river banks

                     Until around the 1970s [20th century], in the Municipality of Congonhal - MG [Brazil], where I have lived since my childhood, farmers used to plant rice near or on the banks of the Cervo River, because during the rainy season, those banks would hold approximately 80 centimeters of water for a long time.

                     The aforementioned sides of the river with water during the appropriate season were known as floodplain, which can be understood as a valley or flat land on the river bank.

                     After the 1970s and up to the present day [2025], no local farmer has been able to plant rice in the Municipality of Congonhal because of the lack of water on the sides of the river. All very different from the past, when those banks remained flooded.

                     Planting rice requires a flooded floodplain, as was the case in the past, which is no longer the case. During their growth cycle, rice fields must be flooded for at least 10 weeks.

                     This account refers in particular to the planting of rice on the basis of the old, regular precipitation (rain) and not to the planting of rice by irrigation.

                     This situation confirms what we call the dehydration of Planet Earth.

                     We're talking here about an isolated fact, but it extends to rice-growing and, with reference to many other situations, to the whole planet, which is becoming a little more dehydrated every year.

                     In conclusion, it should be pointed out that the floods that are currently sweeping away and destroying cities do not correspond to the ancient, regular and long-lasting hydration of the planet, through months of so-called “gentle rain”, which only brought benefits, which only flooded the banks of rivers and which really hydrated the earth.

                     Today's devastating floods are simply the effect of global warming, as one of its pernicious climate changes.

III

Other facts that cannot be denied 

                     Global warming, which has been gradually increasing, accompanied by dangerous climate changes, is a real fact.

                     No one can deny — in our very recent history — extreme heat waves, starting in spring, which would normally be a season with pleasant, intermediate temperatures; extreme heat waves — equally unusual — which have typically been repeated throughout the summer and part of the fall.

                     As a small sample, here in the South of Minas Gerais (Brazil), in the current spring of 2024, we have had maximum temperatures between 35-36 degrees, whereas in the past our spring reached, at most, something around 28 degrees.

                     These current temperatures between 35 and 36 degrees during the day, in spring, are followed by early mornings with very low temperatures, with minimums between 15 and 16 degrees, also demonstrating an advance and confirmation of what we called — at the beginning of this work — the Process of Desertification of Planet Earth, something that has been progressing gradually.

                     No one can deny that high temperatures have broken historical records in many regions of our Planet Earth during spring, summer and early autumn. We're telling you about the temperature records in each season, with the exception of winter.

                     Thus, we will avoid both any alarmist extreme, as well as the other extreme that denies the current existence of global warming, as if human beings did not have to make any corrections to their mistaken actions, as amply demonstrated in this work alone.

                     We cannot ignore the rising sea levels — encroaching on coastal regions...

                     Nor can we deny the lack of gentle and continuous rain during the period formerly called the “rainy season”, which in the southern hemisphere began in September and continued until the “waters of March” and a little longer; we cannot deny, therefore, the lack of water and nutrients on the earth itself, as there was no shortage of in the past.

                     Back then, as soon as the first rain fell in September, the farmer would safely plant his crop, and the rain would soon return to water the planted seed, continuing throughout the “season”.

                 Nowadays, farmers often have to wait until November to plant, and without the security that used to emanate from September.

                     In the past, during the so-called rainy season, it was normal for some or many rivers to overflow, flooding their sides; sides that, in reality, were considered “normal riverbeds during the rainy season”.

                     On the other hand, nowadays we cannot ignore the existence of violent, unusual floods, which are not limited to flooding the sides of rivers, but which flood streets and cities, causing deaths and great destruction, all due to climate change caused by the undeniable “global warming”.

                     The reduction in the availability of fresh water across the planet is equally undeniable, which includes the scarcity of water to generate energy through hydroelectric plants, which in Brazil are periodically already being supplemented by Thermoelectric Plants, which produce energy by burning fuels such as natural gas, worsening climate problems and increasing the price of electricity bills.

                     In fact, there are already regions on the planet where there are conflicts over water, all due to undeniable climate change.

                     One more detail is that - in the past - sandstorms only occurred in traditional deserts...

                     Nowadays, however, and due to climate change, sandstorms have begun to occur in various parts of the planet, without any relation to deserts, such as in the west of São Paulo, confirming what, at the beginning of this article, we called the process of desertification of the land.

IV

Rare periods of climate normality

                     Just because in a few rare periods, or in a few rare springs, summers and autumns, temperatures and the rainy season return to being close to what is desired, we cannot ignore the extreme heat waves that have been occurring; we cannot ignore the fact that global warming is a reality caused by human errors that need to be corrected.

                     These rare periods of climate normality occur because global warming has been worsening gradually for dozens of years, not in the form of a sudden change.

                     Global warming has been worsening gradually because it has been caused by human errors that have occurred especially in the urban perimeters of each city, where — in general — the countryside is much larger than the urban perimeter of each municipality.

                     Gradually, across the planet, each year the urban perimeter increases in area in each municipality and the rural area shrinks proportionally, continuing the proportional worsening of the problem.

         These human errors — identified and well demonstrated only in this work — need to be corrected mainly in urban perimeters, but also to some extent in some rural areas.

Conclusion

                     Writing this text on October 3, 2024, it was up to me to research the temperature in the previous year, that is, in relation to the year 2023, taking into account that 2024 is not yet a full year.

                     So on the page https://portal.inmet.gov.br/noticias/ano-de-2023-é-o-mais-quente-da-história-do-brasil#, we found the following material:

“Global temperature

According to the provisional version of the Global State of the Climate 2023, published by WMO on 30 November 2023, the global average surface temperature was 1.4°C above the 1850/1900 historical average, as of October last year.

With this value, the year 2023 is already considered the hottest in 174 years of meteorological measurements, surpassing the years 2016, with 1.29°C above average, and 2020, with 1.27°C above average..”

                     It should also be noted that the link itself expressly states that the “2023 is the hottest year in Brazil's history”.

                     These undeniable facts also completely dismantle and reject the theory that claims to teach that what has been happening in the global climate is a normal, historical climate repetition.

                     The records indicated above concern Brazil, although — however — the climate problems that have been occurring in the northern hemisphere are even worse, taking into account that that hemisphere was first inhabited by “civilized” man, who has always acted as a forest eliminator.

                     The records shown above are reliable, as they were presented by a serious organization, such as the National Institute of Meteorology of Brazil (INMET), a Brazilian federal technical agency, without political interference.

                     The records of a serious meteorological institution confirm that there is no denying that we are facing a serious situation that has been called “global warming”, causing many harmful climate changes.

                     Thus, we cannot deny that global warming is a very serious problem; we cannot deny that the reestablishment of climate normality is the main natural, current and urgent need of every human being, collectively.

                     We must also recognize that this work does not have any alarmist purpose, but, on the contrary, it presents the problem and points to the solution, in an unprecedented way.

                     In conclusion, we cannot ignore any of the corrections that have to be made and that are taught only in this literary work.

Global warming expresses its worst effects in the northern hemisphere.

It turns out that that hemisphere was inhabited by the human being known as "civilized" long before civilization reached the south.

The civilized human being — especially the one who lived until the mid-20th century — was not fully aware of the need to preserve the environment; he was especially unaware of the need to preserve forests.

                          For the above, the civilized humanity that inhabited the northern hemisphere had much more time to deforest and extinguish many of its forests...

                          Today, the northern hemisphere is poor in forests, in trees, compared to the southern hemisphere.

                          Without exact reference to time, but looking back over the last 2023 years, we can consider that in the northern hemisphere the civilized human being labored, deforesting that half of the globe, since the first millennium, while the southern hemisphere was still rich in virgin forests, with much of its territory not yet discovered by civilized man.

                          For example, Brazil — with 93% of its territory located in the southern hemisphere — was discovered by civilized man on April 22, 1500 [in the middle of the second millennium], when almost the entire Brazilian territory was covered by virgin forests, when the European continent and other regions located in the northern hemisphere had already destroyed much of their original forests, through their "civilized" humanity, as continued with that type of deforestation for many years later.

                       Hence the importance of preserving the biomes still existing in the northern hemisphere [such as tundra, boreal forest, temperate forest, tropical forest and savanna] and especially the importance of working intensively with the reforestation of that upper side of the planet.

                          Hence the importance of preserving in the southern hemisphere the Amazon forest [the largest biome in the world], the cerrado, the caatinga, the Atlantic forest, the pantanal, the pampa, the savanna, among other biomes, as well as being dedicated all possible efforts in the reforestation of the same hemisphere to the south of the planet, in the areas where this type of need exists.

                          In recent years — through the news — we have observed that the quality of life of the human being who inhabits the northern hemisphere has been much worse, regarding the rise in temperature during the summer, compared to what has been occurring in the southern hemisphere, still with a better remaining balance of forests, and consequently, living with less extreme temperatures.

                     Thus, we have learned that in recent years the summer in the northern hemisphere has presented even higher temperature than what has been possible to observe here in the south of the planet, and the number of deaths due to consequences of high temperatures has been highlighted by the upper side of our dear planet earth.

                          The least worst situation in the southern hemisphere is considered here only in comparison with the situation in the north, because the southern part of the planet has also suffered serious consequences due to global warming.

                     For all the above, we can still conclude that — different from what many mistakenly have considered — the indispensable preservation of the Amazon forest should have much more benefits for the human being who inhabits the southern hemisphere, than for the human being living in the northern hemisphere, taking into account all the exposed in this text and the geographical position of that forest!

                          In other words, the Amazon rainforest is not the "lung of the planet", but can be considered as "the lung of a part of the southern hemisphere and the tropical region near the same forest".

           Despite this, for many other biological reasons, must be maintained the universal interest in the preservation of the Amazon — as the largest biome of the planet earth —, increasing also universal investments directed to that preservation, respecting the territorial independence of each nation located in its region. 

                          In conclusion, we leave here our message for the benefit of our friends in the northern hemisphere:

"Start — as soon as possible — the reforestation of your own hemisphere!!!"

                          And for us in the southern hemisphere:

"We will truly preserve our forests, and work to the maximum with the planting of new trees, with the reforestation of our territories!!!"
