Color Legend
Active Snub: Player is on real life active roster but not restored roster
Wrong Position: Player is forced off real life position on restored roster (for bullpen, player is forced into/out-of closer role)
Origin Player: Player is with original franchise (either never left or returned)
Not Active: Player is not on real life active roster but on restored roster
Platoon: Player would platoon with bench player on restored roster
Statistics Legend
#: Position in lineup, rotation or bullpen (0 means bench player)
Pos.: Position on field or pitching staff
Role: Player's general area of field for role players
B/T: Batting hand for position players, throwing hand for pitchers
2021 Age: Player's age on June 30, 2021 (cutoff used by Baseball-Reference for age seasons)
Opts: Minor league options remaining (0 means a player must be exposed to waivers when optioned off active roster)
2021 PA: Plate appearances during 2021 season
2021 IP: Innings pitched during 2021 season
2021 wRC+: Weighted Runs Created Plus during 2021 season (100 is league average, 150 is 50 percent above league average so higher is better)
2021 ERA-: ERA Minus during 2021 season (100 is league average Earned Run Average, 50 is 50 percent below league average so lower is better)
2021 fWAR: Wins above replacement during 2021 season according to Fangraphs
2021 Real fWAR: Total team wins above replacement for actual 2021 team roster
2021 New fWAR: Total team wins above replacement for restored 2021 team roster (bigger than real fWAR means restored team is better)
No Opts. Left: Number of players without minor league options remaining
Total AAV: Sum of all average annual contract values for restored 2021 team roster (used to determine competitive balance tax penalties)
LHH: Left-handed hitter
RHH: Right-handed hitter
SHH: Switch hitter
LHP: Left-handed pitcher
RHP: Right-handed pitcher
Average Annual Value: Average annual value for player's contract (if multi-year), or total value for one year contracts
Active IRL: Player is on an actual 2021 26 man active roster
Forced Down: Player is forced to minor leagues even though he is active in real life (higher number means team has more MLB-ready talent)
Forced Up: Player is forced to active roster even though he is in the minor leagues in real life (higher number means team has less MLB-ready talent)
Injured List: Player is on 7-Day, 10-Day, or 60-Day Injured List
Inactive: Player is either on optional assignment in the minor leagues, on team approved leave of absence, or suspended while part of 40 man roster
Drafted: Player acquired in Rule 4 (college) draft
Free Agent: Player signed as minor league free agent from USA
International: Player signed as minor league free agent from another country
Original Team: Player is with originally signed franchise (so no restoring required)
Lg. Avg +: Number of players who have 100 or higher wRC+ or below 100 ERA- (league average)
Total Awards: Sum of all awards received by restored players
Unique Awards: Number of players to receive an award on restored roster
