Submit your Event Proposal Form - this helps us map events nationally and offer support if needed.

Book venues, confirm dates, and arrange any DBS checks.

Begin volunteer recruitment and training.

Access and adapt teaching resources for your audience.

Confirm equipment (manikins, AEDs, wipes, etc.).

Conduct a site visit to check access, layout, and safety.

Promote your event through social media and local networks using #RestartAHeart.

Engage schools and community partners with flyers and emails.

Attend any optional regional coordination meetings or online briefings.

Deliver your event — in schools, on campus, or in the community.

Capture participant numbers and photos (with consent).

Post updates and stories using #RestartAHeart and #RestartAHeartDay.

Submit feedback and attendance data to the national team.

Share success stories and photographs for campaign highlights.

Reflect on what worked well and plan early for next year.
