The registration is now open, and the detailed instructions are available at

https://conf.researchr.org/attending/fse-2026/registration. 

For workshop papers, at least one author needs to register and present for the workshop. The registration will be in the in the "One day of workshop" category, and it can be any type (full or student registration). Authors who would like to attend other events (FSE or other co-located events), they have to add other registration items.

Remote presentation: During the registration process, authors who require a visa support letter would be able to fill in their information

in a Google form for a visa support letter (link available on the registration site). Authors can request a remote presentation, which we handle on a case-by-case basis and will only accept if the request includes a valid reason (e.g., visa refusal or illness). Authors need to first register before filling in the remote presentation request form, which is available here: https://forms.gle/GDj1ZLwbrTDGHZzk7
