Dear author(s),
We now invite you to prepare and submit the camera-ready version of your paper. Please ensure that you:
-Address the reviewers’ comments where applicable
-Revise the manuscript for clarity, consistency, and completeness
-Strictly follow the required formatting guidelines mentioned below:
1. Finalize the title of your paper and the author's list. Note that
Major changes need to be agreed upon with the track chairs.
2. Sign the copyright agreement (you can find the "Fill out e-Rights
form" link below on the HotCRP page for your submission).
3. Prepare the camera-ready. If you are using LaTeX, please make sure
you are using the latest "acmart.cls" file, which can be downloaded from
the ACM website (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template).
Make sure that:
- **The camera-ready uses the copyright statement from the signed ACM
e-Rights form** and not the one shown here in the HotCRP system. The
correct copyright statement should mention **FSE Companion '26** and
should be consistent with the license you have chosen for the paper.
- The columns in the last page are balanced.
- You adhere to the original page limits of the track and category of
your paper.
- If you have selected a Creative Commons (CC) license, please also
check:
- that the paper includes the appropriate logo in the copyright
statement (e.g., CC-by logo
(href="https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/doclicense/images/doclicense-CC-by-88x31.pdf)).
- [If using LaTeX] that the copyright statement in the camera-ready does
**NOT** contain the text "Please use nonacm option or ACM Engage class
to enable CC license". This indicates that you are using an old version
of the ACM template.
5. Provide the metadata for your paper. This includes filling in the
fields on **ACM Computing Classification**, **ACM keywords**, and
**references**.
6. Upload the source files for your paper. This should include **all the
files** used to generate the camera-ready version.
Kindly submit the camera-ready version by the specified deadline, April 2nd, 2026 via the submission system [hotcrp] using the EDIT button. There you will find the links for both the camera-ready submission and e-Right sign-off.
Further details regarding presentation logistics will be shared in due course.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to your final submission and to your participation in the workshop.
Best Regards,
RSE Team
