If you suspect child abuse and neglect in Arkansas, please call 1-844-SAVE-A-CHILD (1-844-728-3224).
All medical personnel (nurses, doctors, social workers, etc.) are mandated to report suspected child abuse. You do not need to have any evidence or assurance, but suspicion is enough reason to make a report. By reporting, you are not making an accusation, you are requesting a professional service from another agency to initiate an investigation.
Adult patients are not required to report in order to receive a sexual assault exam.
If an immediate safety concern exists, please also report assault/concerns to local law enforcement.

Mandated reports will initially create a log-in and then this can be easily logged into and used to report. Acute sexual assault or caregiver as an offender should be called in.
