Member Care Respite Home dipanggil melayani para pekerja lintas budaya untuk beristirahat dan berproses secara intensional. Pelayanan ini memfasilitasi para pekerja untuk sejenak mundur dari kesibukan sehingga dapat menikmati waktu-waktu pribadi khusus. Berkesempatan ada di lokasi berbeda dari tempat pelayanannya untuk beristirahat sejenak dan berefleksi sehingga dapat terhubung kembali dengan dirinya, dengan Allah yang telah memanggilnya dan komunitas yang berada dalam kehidupannya.

Member Care Respite Home is called to serve cross-cultural workers to have intentional rest and process. MC Respite Home aims to facilitate workers to take a break from their busy lives, so that they can have a rested personal time. Being in the different place to have a momentary break and time to reflect so that they can reconnect to themselves, to God who calls them and to the community in their field.

Bertumbuh menjadi bagian aktif dalam penyelesaian Amanat Agung bagi suku-suku terabaikan di Indonesia maupun luar Indonesia melalui pelayanan beristirahat untuk para pekerja lintas budaya sehingga mereka bisa disegarkan dan terhubung kembali dengan diri, Allah Tritunggal dan komunitas pelayanannya,

Growing to be an active agent in finishing the task of the Great Commission for unreached people groups in Indonesia and outside Indonesia through the ministry of rest for cross-cultural workers so that they can be recharged and reconnected to themselves, the triune God and the respective community in their field.
