RESPEx 2023 REGISTRATION GUIDE

1. Please click the registration link.

2. Students and supervisor can participate in this competition.

3. The maximum number of participants for each group is five including supervisors.

4. Please choose the categories wisely. 

5. For new participants, please register by filling in the information in the system.

6. Participants who have registered please login and fill in the group member information.

7. The Product Acceptance Letter and Product ID will be given after the group leader uploads the payment slip and is confirmed by the treasurer.

8. Participants are required to join the telegram group provided on the system.

9. Innovation products can be in the form of a prototype, idea, simulation, video, document, drawing, model, or finished product.

1. Participants are required to use the abstract template below for submission.

2. The abstract must be in one paragraph only, consisting of 250–400 words.

3. The abstract must be written in English and be free of spelling and grammar mistakes.

4. A good abstract contains background, a problem statement, an objective, a methodology, findings, novelty, and a conclusion.

Payment must be made in USD, IDR, or Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). The organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money. Participants should bear the service charge (if any) of the bank on the sender's side.

Product Acceptance Letter and Product ID are given after receiving full payment. Fees are not refundable upon cancellation by the participants. Kindly upload proof of payment (payment slip) into the system.
