The setup of the MOL Charitable Trust Training Greenhouse 

Building of the MOL Charitable Trust funded Training Greenhouse by RESPECT’s Team members themselves after consultation with professional greenhouse builders. Assembling parts were welded by RESPECT development officers themselves since professional greenhouse builders were not available for delivering the project on time. The R&D team redesigned all parts and even improved the structure which resisted cyclones while nearby greenhouses built by professionals did not. This greenhouse which faced the challenge of doubling material prices due to war in Ukraine, unavailable manpower, was completed in due time thanks to smart management of funds, the ingenuity ot the RESPECT R&D Team and will be the Gallery Greenhouse for visits by school children and NGOs beneficiaries as mentioned in this project. It will also host evening Agroecology Mini-conferences ( as shown in the 3D Concept Design below ) where local & regional NGOs will be invited to network.
