Getting started

So the good news is that getting started in therapy is easy whether you need speech and language therapy services, clinical mental health therapy services, life coaching or professional services! Our goal at Resilient Focused Family Therapy is to make this process simple, easy, and quick so that we can get you and/or your child the help he or she needs and deserves. We currently take the following insurances along with private pay:

STEP ONE: Give us a call! You will speak directly to someone regarding your needs for either speech and language services, clinical mental health services, or professional services. We will discuss your concerns, and answer any questions.

STEP TWO: We will schedule your initial intake. We do our best to work with our newer clients as quickly as possible so we can get started with therapy, if needed.

STEP THREE: We will complete your initial evaluation (whether in person or via telehealth). As a team, we will determine a plan of treatment and frequency for your child and family.

STEP FOUR: Therapy begins! We will find a time and location that best suits your child and family. The assigned therapist will work closely with you throughout the entire process.
