We’re two high school students who’ve felt the stress and burnout that comes with school and life. We started this project to share what’s helped us cope and to create a space where others can pause, reflect, and take care of themselves, because no one should have to navigate stress alone.
Meet the Members
High school can be overwhelming, and I’ve felt firsthand how easy it is to get caught in stress and anxiety. Finding ways to cope has helped me regain a sense of control. I wanted to share these strategies through this project so other students can feel supported and less alone in their experiences.
Stress and anxiety are challenges many students face, and I wanted to do something that could make a real difference. Being part of this project allows me to provide tools and guidance that can help others feel more grounded and confident. My goal is to offer support that empowers students to care for themselves in meaningful ways.
