The new Stadacona elementary school, namely the new laboratory school, is located in the Limoilou district of Quebec. It is the result of a collaboration with the Lab-École, a non-profit organization, whose mission is to design the Quebec schools of tomorrow, and thus create establishments with innovative architectural concepts that fully promote the well-being of students and all those around them.

Today, any smart devices that allow full integration can be connected to the various access control solutions that are offered in the Delta Control’s O3 products. Full integration implies that all the control systems (lighting, heating and cooling, door access, TV, motorized blinds, etc.) are connected to the Delta Controls O3-DIN-CPU, which become the centralized monitoring point in the apartment. Two new technology products for building automation
Two new technology products for building automation
Two intelligent building automation devices were highlighted. The first a multidetection platform by Delta Controls (Regulvar’s partner) that allows, through machine learning, measurements of the temperature and light intensity. A Hydro-Québec pilot project on load shedding
To limit the impact of peak periods on the electrical network, Regulvar jointed Hydro-Québec in studying “load shedding”. For the 29 schools run by the Commission scolaire des Samares, the targeted reduction in electricity consumption was 2,200 kW.
