Collaborations

This research program builds on the complementarities of the partners and their strengths to perform world class research that produces both new knowledge and novel technologies that has a major impact on the building industry. Research collaborators from Hydro-Québec and CanmetENERGY bring their expertise to the program and contribute to the achievement of the objectives based on industry-relevance and insights into the challenges faced in applied industry settings. Industry partners also are critical to HQP training of participating students alongside academia, as well as by providing students with hands-on onsite experience at their facilities.
