Dr. Ferguson is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Assistant Program Director in the Office of Undergraduate Research at the University of Maryland. She holds a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences and Human Development from West Virginia University. She is the faculty mentor of the Research/Research Vertically Integrated Project Team. 

Her current research focuses primarily on mentorship and undergraduate research experiences.
