"If all businesses offered customer service like Reptile Rack does, all business would be successful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very short period of time. I was particularly concerned about my little guy being shipped across country with our harsh temperatures but Ashlyn promptly discussed how he would be prepared for shipment and then offered to hold him until the weather warms. Being satisfied with her explanation, I chose to have him shipped. When he was delivered the next day, it was 22 degrees outside. Our FedEx always rings the doorbell to announce a delivery. I brought the box in immediately, opened it and brought the little fellow out into the warmth. Although he was a bit chilly to the touch, he was alert and active. Placed him in his habitat and he sat there for for awhile then settled down and took a nap. He has been fantastic since he arrived. He does have a particularly interesting quirk. When he sleeps, he lays on the glass it the front of the Exo almost as if he wants to ensure contact. He is excited to come out and visit and is, as described in their ad, the most beautiful odd eyed gecko I have ever seen. I am currently saving up my nickles and dimes for my next one from Reptile Rack (have to stretch that social security out!). Thank you Ashlyn. You have impressed and made this old man very happy."
