Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 23 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online shop available at https://sites.google.com/view/replacement-micro-ps-x75 (the "Shop") and for concluding sales agreements through it.

1. Seller

References to the "Seller" below mean the entity identified above.

2. Definitions

Buyer – any person placing an Order in the Shop.

Consumer – a natural person entering into a Sales Agreement for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person entering into a Sales Agreement directly related to their business activity, where it is clear from the content of that agreement that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular as derived from the subject of their business activity disclosed under the regulations on the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG). Such a Buyer is granted the same protection as a Consumer in the cases described in these Terms.

Goods – the products offered in the Shop, in particular the electronic replacement/upgrade control module designed to be installed as a direct replacement component in Sony PS-X75 and PS-X65 turntables.

Order – the Buyer's declaration of intent aiming directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying the Goods and their quantity.

Sales Agreement – the agreement for the sale of Goods concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the Shop.

imoje – the external online payment system operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A., with its registered office in Katowice.

3. General provisions

1. The Shop sells Goods electronically.

2. To use the Shop, the Buyer needs a device with internet access, a current web browser, and an active email address.

3. The Goods are handmade in limited series; estimated production and dispatch times are indicated on the relevant product page or communicated by email after the Order is placed.

4. Orders and conclusion of the agreement

1. Information presented in the Shop constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement, not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2. The Buyer places an Order by selecting the Goods, providing the required delivery and contact details, choosing the delivery and payment method, and confirming the Order.

3. Before confirming the Order, the Buyer is informed of the total price, including the price of the Goods and delivery costs.

4. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order by email.

5. Prices and payment

1. All prices shown in the Shop are total prices and include VAT where applicable.

2. The Buyer may pay for the ordered Goods through the external payment system imoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. with its registered office in Katowice. The available payment methods are presented during checkout.

3. Delivery costs are stated before the Order is confirmed and depend on the destination country and the size/weight of the shipment. Delivery costs range from EUR 10 to EUR 20 depending on the destination country.

4. For shipments outside Poland / the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are borne by the Buyer.

6. Delivery

1. The Goods are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer in the Order.

2. The dispatch time is indicated on the product page or in the Order confirmation.

3. The Buyer is advised to inspect the parcel on delivery; this does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.

7. Intended use and installation

1. The Goods are a fully assembled electronic module designed to be installed as a direct replacement component in a target device (Sony PS-X75 / PS-X65 turntables). They are not intended for direct use as an independent, standalone product, and they are not a toy.

2. Installation requires technical knowledge and should be performed by a person with the appropriate qualifications. The Buyer is solely responsible for the correct installation of the Goods and for the condition and suitability of the device into which the Goods are installed.

3. The Seller is not liable for damage to the Goods, to the target device, or other damage resulting from incorrect, improper, or unqualified installation or use, or from installation into an incompatible or defective device.

4. The provisions of this section do not exclude, limit, or suspend the Buyer's mandatory statutory rights, in particular the rights of a Consumer and of an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights described in these Terms, including the right of withdrawal and the rules on the lack of conformity of the Goods.

8. Right of withdrawal (Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights)

1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days, based on the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).

2. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Buyer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Goods.

3. To withdraw, the Buyer notifies the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (for example by email to pworzechowski@gmail.com or in writing to the Seller's address). The Buyer may use a withdrawal form but is not required to.

4. In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days of submitting the withdrawal statement.

5. The direct cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Buyer.

6. The Seller refunds all payments received from the Buyer, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from the Buyer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Seller), within 14 days. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are returned or proof of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.

7. The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In particular, because the Goods are an electronic module intended to be installed into a target device, installing or fitting the module goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, and the Buyer is liable for any resulting reduction in the value of the Goods.

9. Complaints (lack of conformity of the Goods)

1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer and to the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years of that moment, on the terms set out in the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2337, as amended).

2. A complaint may be submitted by the Consumer or the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights in writing or by email to pworzechowski@gmail.com (or sent with the Goods to al. Zwycięstwa 241/13, 81-521 Gdynia, Poland).

3. The complaint should describe the defect and, where possible, include proof of purchase and contact details.

4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it.

5. Where the Goods are not in conformity with the Sales Agreement, the Buyer may request repair or replacement and, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement.

10. Warranty

The Goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty granted by the Seller for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the module. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect or unqualified installation or use, or from installation into an incompatible or defective device. The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Buyer's rights arising from the statutory rules on the lack of conformity of the Goods.

11. Out-of-court dispute resolution

1. A Consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the permanent consumer arbitration courts and mediation conducted by the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (WIIH), and assistance from the municipal/district consumer ombudsman or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), www.uokik.gov.pl.

2. Use of out-of-court procedures is voluntary and requires the consent of both parties.

12. Personal data

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy available on the Shop's website.

13. Final provisions

1. The Sales Agreement is concluded in English.

2. These Terms are made available in English. In the event that a translation is provided, the English version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

3. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the generally applicable laws of the Republic of Poland; this does not deprive a Consumer of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of habitual residence.

4. The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons; Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Terms in force at the time the Order was placed.

5. These Terms are effective from the date indicated at the top of the document.
