This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the online shop available at https://sites.google.com/view/replacement-micro-ps-x75 (the "Shop").

2. Scope of data processed
The Controller collects and processes the personal data you provide through the Shop and other forms of communication, in particular: first and last name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. Where you contact the Controller directly, the content of your correspondence is also processed.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform the sales agreement; without it an order cannot be processed.
3. Purposes, legal bases, and retention periods
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
1. Performing the sales agreement – processing your order, contact related to its performance, delivery, and payment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retained for the duration of the agreement.
2. Complying with legal obligations – in particular accounting and tax obligations, and handling complaints, returns, and warranty claims (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Retained for the period required by law.
3. Establishing, pursuing, or defending claims – based on the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retained until the relevant claims become time-barred.
4. Marketing – sending the newsletter and other marketing information, and displaying tailored advertising, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retained until you withdraw your consent or object.
In summary, personal data is stored for the duration of the agreement and for the period consistent with applicable law, taking into account the limitation of claims and tax obligations. Data processed on the basis of your consent is stored until you withdraw that consent.
4. Recipients of data
Personal data may be shared with entities that support the operation of the Shop, only to the extent necessary, in particular:
- the payment provider — ING Bank Śląski S.A. (the imoje payment system), for processing payments;
- postal operators and courier companies, for delivering orders;
- the website hosting and email service providers;
- providers of analytics and advertising tools (in particular Google), as described in section 6.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some service providers (in particular Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy mechanism (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). 6. Analytics and marketing tools
The Shop uses analytics and marketing tools, in particular Google Analytics and Google Ads (including remarketing). These tools use cookies to compile statistics on how the website is used and to display tailored advertising in advertising networks, in particular the Google network. This involves profiling for the purpose of displaying relevant advertising; it does not produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. 7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- rectify (correct) your personal data;
- erase your personal data (the "right to be forgotten");
- restrict the processing of your personal data;
- data portability;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, including profiling for marketing purposes;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
