Rental Analyzer is designed to work without an account and to keep property information on the user's device. This policy explains how information is handled by Version 1.0 of the app.
INFORMATION STORED ON THE DEVICE
Property details, financial assumptions, notes, selected property photos, map coordinates, preferences, and acknowledgement of the investment disclaimer are stored locally in the app's private container. The developer does not operate a server that receives this information.
Deleting the app may delete locally stored information. Users can create and control their own exported backup files.
PHOTOS, BACKUPS, AND REPORTS
The app receives a photo only after the user selects it. A prepared copy can be stored with the property. A user may choose to export or share a property backup or PDF report using Apple's system sharing and document interfaces. The destination is selected by the user, and the developer does not receive the exported file.
MAPS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The app can use Apple's MapKit service to search for an address entered by the user and display a map. If the user chooses to open Apple Maps, Google Maps, directions, or a listing website, the destination address, coordinates, or link is provided to that external service. Apple, Google, and listing websites process information under their own privacy policies.
Rental Analyzer itself does not request the user's current location. Apple Maps may use location after the user leaves Rental Analyzer and chooses directions, subject to the user's Apple Maps permissions and Apple's privacy policy.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Apple processes the Rental Analyzer Pro purchase. The app uses StoreKit to request product information, initiate the purchase, verify Apple's signed transaction, restore a purchase, and determine whether Pro is active. The developer does not receive payment-card details. Apple may provide sales and transaction reports through App Store Connect under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND TRACKING
The app does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The developer does not sell property information or personal information.
CHILDREN
Rental Analyzer is a general financial-planning utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Local information is protected by the security features of the user's device and operating system. Users control how long they keep saved properties, exported backups, and reports. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their device and exported files.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when the app's features or information practices change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
