Rental Analyzer helps evaluate and compare rental-property scenarios. Calculations are estimates based on the values and assumptions entered by the user.

Where is my property information stored?
It is stored locally on the device. Rental Analyzer does not require an account or upload the property list to a developer-operated server.
How do I protect my saved properties?
Open Protect Data, choose Export Backup, and save the file somewhere private and recoverable. Repeat this after important changes.
How do I move data to another device?
Export a backup from the original device, move the file using a location you control, and use Import Backup on the other device.
How do I restore Pro?
Open the Pro screen from the crown button or the Learn tab, then choose Restore Purchase while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Why is a map or listing link not opening?
Check the internet connection and enter a complete address. Google Maps is optional; Apple Maps can be used after the address has been located.
Are the results professional advice?
No. Results are informational planning estimates. Verify rent, taxes, insurance, financing, HOA rules, repairs, legal requirements, and other inputs with qualified professionals before acting.
