Grants & Scholarships will be given to applicants who meet specific criteria.  Please see the link for the grant and scholarship applications.   The applications will be reviewed by the selection committee.  The selection committee will be comprised of the Foundation's Board of Directors and other members.  If you need assistance in filling out either application, please contact us.  

GRANTS:  
Grants can be given to the individual with special needs and/or their immediate family.  These funds can be given toward, but not limited to: specialized equipment, adaptive leagues, speech/learning devices, camps, sibling/family camps, therapy, etc.  

SCHOLARSHIPS:   
Applications will be received by the foundation on behalf of the individual with special needs who has a medical diagnosis/active IEP, attending a transition program/ trade school/college, or the individual OF A SIBLING OR FAMILY MEMBER with special needs who has a medical diagnosis/active IEP, who will be attending a transition program/trade school/college.  The applications will be reviewed by the selection committee. The selection committee will be comprised of the Foundation's Board of Directors and other members.  The selection process will result in candidates that meet two of the following criteria.  First criteria needs to be met between #1/#2, and the second criteria needs to be met within #3.  

1. Individual has special needs with medical diagnosis/active IEP (eg: ASD, DCD, Physical Impairment, Visual Impairment, etc).  

2. Individual has a sibling or family member who has special needs with medical diagnosis/active IEP (eg: ASD, DCD, Physical Impairment, Visual Impairment, etc).  

3. Attending transition program/trade school/college
