Tel qu’il est actuellement, le régime de la propriété intellectuelle présente toutes les caractéristiques du vieux capitalisme industriel alors que nous avons basculé dans une autre économie, dans un type d’accumulation et donc de développement. Mais, comme ce système de droits de propriété ne présente même plus les limites que le capitalisme industriel avait dû accepter d’assigner à sa mise en oeuvre sous la pression sociale, il devient un facteur d’instabilité redoutable. On est donc très loin de ce facteur de stabilisation que vantent les partisans d’un nouvel ordre mondial marchand de la propriété intellectuelle.
