Education
I am originally from Alhambra, California, a city located in western San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County. I graduated with a bachelors degree in math from UCLA and later from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where Prof. Nestor Guillen advised my Dissertation.
Postdoctoral position
From 2022 to 2025, I was an NSF RTG postdoc in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin; working with the Analysis of PDEs group. During my postdoc, I worked under the mentorship of Prof. Matias Delgadino and Prof. Maria Gualdani, and during my last year helped co-organize the Analysis Seminar. My research was partially supported by the National Science Foundation under DMS RTG 1840314.
Professional-Track faculty
As of August 2025, I am an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the same department. In this role, I will continue to co-organize the Analysis Seminar with Stefania Patrizi and mentor a graduate student in optimal transport theory.
