An alumnus of Hilton, Princess Cruises and Holland America, Chef Ravi brings a multi-disciplinary approach in culinary arts to contemporary and classical cuisines with a flair and creativity to combine local produce, flavours, tastes and textures. His focus on quality crafts an exceptional customer experience.
Ravi is a Hotel school graduate from Madras, India. He has over three decades of experience working and specializing as a chef. He has worked with Taj group of hotels, Dubai Hilton, Disney Cruises, Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa, and more. Most recently, he completed 2 world cruises as Chef de Cuisine with Princess Cruises.
The introduction of different cultures and their authentic cuisine stems from his experience of having worked at Hilton Dubai with European Michelin star Chefs and the mentorship and collaboration with culinary ambassadors from Australia and South Africa.
Having a plethora of exposure to menus from Asia to Europe, Ravi believes in incorporating fresh fresh, local produce from British Columbia to create delicious meals and present them in the most natural way, encompassing flavour and texture.
He has won awards from Dubai Salon Culinaire, and Hilton Arabian Peninsula competitions.
His philosophy has always been "Food like music has no borders - Sharing world dining together".
