I have extensive experience in education: training, teaching, eLearning and learning design.

At Strawberry Solutions I worked on TAFE products which included course development and multimedia production. As project manager in both the engineering and training sectors I have worked with stakeholders and staff to develop projects and programmes.

In this capacity I was engaged in high level activities, including data analysis and reporting on our training packages, webinars, and deliveries; as part of the Leadership Team, I was responsible for ensuring the training packages align with the organisation’s strategic plan, and I made appropriate recommendations directly to executive management and the board.

Additionally, I have skills and knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Dominknow) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, BluePrint, and Blackboard. Most recently, as Consultancy and Training Coordinator for CCSA a significant part of my role has been developing CCSA’s Self-paced Learning courses and coordinating the LMS platform and its users.

At CCSA I developed the Committee Induction Package in conjunction with subject matter experts in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. Previously I have worked with executive management, Head Teachers (at TAFE), Senior Academic staff (at Western Sydney University) and other high level executives at private training organisations to create collaborative learning programs.

My eLearning technology skills include the ability to develop SCORM courses using eLearning authoring tools and administration of LMS. I also possess working knowledge of a wide range of software languages including HTML, JavaScript, Java, Python and website authoring languages.
