Management

I have experience as a project manager in both the engineering and training sectors. I have worked with stakeholders and staff to develop projects and programmes. I have many years’ experience as a project manager and manager of staff. In my position at CCSA I coordinated the Training and Consultancy team. In this capacity I was engaged in high level activities, including data analysis and reporting on our training packages, webinars, and deliveries; as part of the Leadership Team, I was responsible for ensuring the training packages align with the organisation’s strategic plan, and I made appropriate recommendations directly to executive management and the board. 

At the MARCS Institute I managed the engineering team in the creation of ground-breaking wearable technology; this involved technology-enhanced fabrics, electronics, software and hardware design. I managed the engineering team to ensure their training was current in Standard Operating Procedures for the highly regulated medical devices industry.

COORDINATION ADMINISTRATION

As Consultancy and Training Coordinator at CCSA I perform administration tasks for the management and coordination of training sessions. We use an online Customer Relationship Management system, HubSpot; I am proficient at using this system as well as creating customised workflows and automated processes.

At CCSA the clients are mostly incorporated association businesses who require training in business operations and strategic planning. I coordinated and delivered training packages to these clients. I also provided mentoring and coaching programmes to service Directors. 

I am an experienced remote team administrator. I have recently worked with Slack, Clickup, Teams, Atlassian Confluence and HubSpot to establish a collaborative, remote work environment.

As both an LMS administrator/coordinator and eLearning developer I have an expert understanding of the technology. I also deliver training and facilitate online webinars, so I also have experience with users and in understanding their needs.
