These Terms of Use govern your use of the Remindy: AI Birthday Wishes mobile application ("the App"), operated by Artur Karachev Preduzetnik Beograd ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided for personal, non commercial use.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Create derivative works based on the App
Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the exclusive property of Artur Karachev Preduzetnik Beograd.
The App is designed to help users manage birthday reminders and generate AI-based birthday wishes for their friends and contacts.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated wishes are suggestions only and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for every context
The quality and relevance of generated wishes depend on the information you provide
The App does not guarantee delivery of birthday greetings to any third party — it is your responsibility to send or share the generated messages
Reminder notifications depend on your device settings and permissions; we cannot guarantee notification delivery
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
All user data — including friend profiles, birthday dates, and wish history — is stored locally on your device. The App does not maintain a backend database and does not persist your data on any server.
You acknowledge and agree that:
If the App is deleted, reinstalled, or the device is changed or restored, locally stored data may be permanently lost
You are solely responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve
We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device changes, app removal, or system failures
The App uses an external AI service to generate birthday wishes. A lightweight backend acts solely as a proxy between the App and the AI service. It does not store, log, or retain user data, friend profiles, or generated wishes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content is produced by a third-party service and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate
You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated wishes before sharing them
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of the AI service
Generated content should not be considered professional advice of any kind
Generating AI-based birthday wishes requires an active internet connection.
We are not responsible for:
Network availability or interruptions
Mobile data charges, roaming fees, or carrier restrictions
Device compatibility or battery limitations
Core features such as managing friend profiles and receiving birthday reminders may function without an internet connection. You are responsible for maintaining access to a compatible device and internet connection for AI features.
The App is currently offered free of charge.
In the future, we may introduce:
Paid features or subscriptions
Feature limitations or usage caps
In app purchases
Any paid functionality will be clearly disclosed before purchase. You will never be charged without your explicit confirmation through the App Store.
As part of a complimentary access program, certain users may receive complimentary access to premium features of the App (“Complimentary premium access”). Complimentary premium access is provided at the App’s discretion to a limited group of users and is not guaranteed for the lifetime of the App.
Complimentary premium access is granted on a per installation basis, is not linked to a user account, and may be lost if the App is deleted, reinstalled, reset, or if the device is changed or restored.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the complimentary premium access program at any time.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App relies on third-party AI services to generate birthday wishes, as well as system components to deliver notifications.
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, security, or compatibility.
You acknowledge that:
Updates may be required to continue using the App
We are not obligated to support older versions indefinitely
The App may be discontinued at any time without prior notice
Upon termination or discontinuation, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artur Karachev Preduzetnik Beograd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of security, or reliance on App results.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
