Area Tours & Rental Assistance

We have a plethora of industries in Bowling Green and the Greater Nashville Area - from Tyson Foods, to multiple General Motors Factories and everything in between.  For employees who are considering relocating, or choosing between multiple company locations, we have agents who love their city and showing it off.  Agents who provide area tours reach out to the employee ahead of time to get a feel for the most important aspects of the move - commute time to work site, type of home, and school districts to name a few.  Then, the Coldwell Banker Legacy Group agent will arrange for some rental or home showings, highlight some of the area's many attractions, and even schedule a tour of local schools.  If needed, our agents are even experienced taking clients to the local DMV, Social Security Office, and the bank - this is most common with our international clients.
